It was necessary to produce the modules for offshore installation and thus meet the requirements established for this type of working environment.
The building modules were fully manufactured, assembled, inspected, tested, and prepared for shipment with installation and hook-up on site. They were designed to be fire resisting, and afford initial protection to workers against ingress of toxic hydrocarbon gas. All buildings were delivered to offshore D-Island at the Caspian Sea.
Total weight of buildings exceeds 1600 tons. Total man-hours – 1 200 000. Contract achieved without LTI and with 2 months advance of scheduled initial completion. Completion of contract without Punch List outstanding. 100% ROK certified. All the milestones were achieved; final documentation was submitted at the time of work completion.
